“The churches of Moscow have very understandable and reasonable instructions from the First Vicar of the Patriarch Metropolitan [Voskresensky] Dionisy [Porubaya] on how to organize services in the current conditions,” TASS quoted the chairman of the information commission of the Moscow City Diocese of the Priest Alexander Volkov.
He specified that each abbot has the opportunity to make a decision on how to organize services in the current circumstances.
