"Things are simple"

"In this triangular shape with the Republic on the march, who can seriously imagine that Agnes Buzyn becomes mayor of Paris? Absolutely no one, including herself, including her first supporters," says Christian Jacob. For the deputy for Seine-et-Marne, in the capital, "things are simple".

"Either we consider Mrs. Hidalgo to be an excellent mayor and at that time satisfied people will vote for her, but if that is not the case, the only alternative is Rachida Dati", he said, calling "all Parisians to rally around the Rachida Dati lists".
