Just before 02 the night before Sunday, police were alerted to an address in central Örnsköldsvik. A man had been hit in the face with a smile.
At the scene was arrested a man suspected of the crime. After questioning, the man was arrested by prosecutors, suspected of gross abuse.
The abusive man had sought medical attention for help with his injuries.
