Last year, 64,206 people received Swedish citizenship, according to Statistics Sweden. One of them is Yamam Hashem, who came to Sweden from Syria in 2014 and lives in Hyltebruk with her husband and two children. For her, the day is special, even if the corona pandemic stops some major celebrations.
