The head of the Court of First Instance and Instruction number 2 of San Vicente del Raspeig (Alicante) has agreed this Saturday to enter the provisional prison, reported and without bail, of the man detained in this town for allegedly stabbing to death his mother and injuring to your father.
The case is open for the crime of completed murder and attempted murder , without prejudice to further qualification, as reported by sources of the Superior Court of Justice of the Valencian Community (TSJCV).
The 31-year-old man has been brought to justice today after he allegedly stabbed more than 60 stab wounds to his 67-year-old mother on Thursday night and seriously wounded his 66-year-old father in the family home in San Vicente del Raspeig.
