Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, the renowned President of the Philippines, warned against online scammers who were riding in the midst of the Corona 19 crisis, saying, "People are bound to throw them into the river."
President Duterde said at a ministries meeting two days ago that the local media, including Daily Pilstar, urged the people to "beware of buying masks from scammers who eat back people."
He said, "Don't buy a mask online."
President Duterte said, "When the mask is delivered, look at it, and if it is different from the order, bring the deliverer into the house and tie it. At night, find the vehicle (take it there) and throw it into the turbid waters of the Pasig River." Said.
"Nobody cares," he added.
He stressed that if he had to do that, he would not hesitate to throw bad people into the Pasig River, who take advantage of people's suffering.
