The premises under the center of Haga in Örebro even echo just like some couples.

- It is our coaches and those who normally compete who need to keep going, says Petra Johansson, president of the association.

The association with more than 760 members is one of the larger dance clubs in Örebro. From one day to another, everything was basically canceled this spring. From courses and social dances to dance for children.

- It's boring. We have many members who come here not only to learn to dance, says Petra.

"Laughs a lot"

One of them got tips from a friend and went down to the basement room four years ago. Since then he has had a hard time staying away. A contrast to the sedentary job of your own contracting company.

- I'll come out and do something else. It's nice to meet different people. There are good people down here. It is a great joy with the dance that you laugh a lot, says Tobias Hudin.

Plan B

The association's finances are stable, although ongoing expenses must be paid. If the situation is unchanged this autumn, one can still look at the possibilities of opening up, under different forms.

- It can be about having the same range, but controlling so that you get to dance with the same dance partner, says Petra.

For Tobias it is difficult to stay away from the dance completely. There is music in the machines at work and in the hands of the walkers. And in anticipation of a more sustainable future, it is rising stealthily.

- We will meet a few. We are very cautious, but we cannot keep ourselves real, ”he says.
