The girl disappeared on the evening of May 30 in the village of Nizhnyaya Koya. She stayed to play on the playground and did not return home. 

On Monday, June 1, the girl was found dead in an abandoned fire well in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. 

Investigators detained the suspect man on the same day, he gave a confession. 

A case was also opened against officials of the center of social services of the population under the article “Negligence”.

“Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report to him as soon as possible on the progress of the investigation of these criminal cases, which, by his decision, were put under control in the central apparatus of the IC of Russia,” Petrenko said.

Earlier, the court arrested the accused of killing a six-year-old girl in Crimea.
