Counter-Strike team ENCE took an important win in the BLAST Premier: Showdown qualifier on Saturday afternoon.
ENCE knocked down the HLTV world-ranked Mousesports team directly on two maps (16–5 Train, 16–9 Dust II). ENCE No. 21 on the world list went on to play as a mild underdog, but won without major problems.
All the players of the Finnish team played well, but especially Miikka “suNny” Kemppi and Aleksi “allu” Jalli excelled. Kemppi took a whopping 28 kills in Dust, died 14 times and inflicted an injury of 118.2 points per round.
With the victory, the Finnish team secured the place in the first qualifying final against MAD Lions in Denmark, which will be played at 1.30 pm on Sunday. The winner of the match will receive a direct seat to the spring final stage of the BLAST Premier League, which will be played during Midsummer week.

Despite Sunday's result, ENCE already has a place on Monday 15.6. play-in match. Its winner will redeem the Showdown for last place in the final stage.
In the final stage of BLAST's spring season, opponents are waiting for Na`Vi, G2, Complexity, FaZe and Aleksi “Aleksib” OG represented by Virolainen. Midsummer week played a half a million dollar prize pool, the winner of which will take a staggering 335 000.
