A number of people were injured, today, Saturday, by a car bomb in the northwestern Hasaka countryside in Syria.

The Syrian News Agency (SANA) today quoted local sources as saying that a car bomb exploded this morning near the Silos Hill Silos southwest of Ras Al-Ain, which resulted in the injury of a number of people of varying severity and material damage in the place and the burning of several cars.

According to the agency, a car bomb exploded yesterday near the National Hospital in Ras Al-Ain, killing two children, wounding three civilians, and causing material damage.

Ras Al-Ain is controlled by Syrian factions loyal to Turkey.
