From our correspondent in Washington,

It's a huge crowd wandering the streets of Washington. All traffic routes in the city center are closed to cars and processions everywhere march to demand more justice for the black community. The surroundings of the White House, surrounded by a security barrier of more than three kilometers, are crowded. On Constitution Avenue, between Congress and the White House, thousands of people were sitting just now

Mobilization also in front of the Lincoln Memorial, and a very dense crowd descended from the Capitol to join those who are already crowded around the White House. A dozen different organizations had called to demonstrate and the atmosphere is good-natured, relaxed. It gives me hope,  " said a young African-American from neighboring Maryland. And to add: “  It is the first time that I see so many people, of all ages, of all cultures, marching for the rights of my community.  "
