Police were called to the scene after someone heard a call for help. The sounds came from a basement room, behind a regular steel door where two people were trying to call attention, reports the newspaper Mitt i.

The police could not get into the room but the two people, a woman and a man, were later able to get out. A third person was then found behind a maple wall in the basement room along with the knife-armed perpetrator.

All three had been held captive since the night before and were told that none of them would come from there alive. They must have been threatened and beaten with various additions for almost eight hours.

The man is convicted of his refusal for, among other things, ill-treatment, fraud, unlawful imprisonment and grossly unlawful threats to protection supervision. He must also pay damages to the victims.

According to the judgment, the acts were committed under serious mental disorder.
