The building - which started in 2018 - will be ready by 2022. The end goal is a full-fledged 2-lane highway without bottlenecks. The building is now in its final phase, and will last all summer.
The result is limited accessibility - and reduced speed on certain distances. But pausing to make it easier for summer road users is not relevant.
