President Moon Jae-in purchased over 1,100 pyeong houses and land around Tongdosa Temple in Yangsan-si, Gyeongnam.
The site will be used as a sister after the resignation of President Moon.
According to Cheong Wa Dae and Yangsan City, the Cheong Wa Dae Secret Service has prepared new sisters and purchases of Gyeong Ho-dong since late last year.
It is known that President Moon, Mrs. Kim Jeong-sook, and the President's Secret Service bought 3,860 m2, 313 Jisan-ri and 363-2-6, Habuk-myeon, Yangsan-si for a total of 1.74 billion won for two-storey single-family homes.
It is said that the area will be built with new sisters inside and outside the country, as well as facilities for guards.
This area is near Tongdosa Temple, where houses, cafes, and restaurants are gathered.
