The Director of the Social Services Department Branch in the city of Khor Fakkan of the Emirate of Sharjah, Talal Ali, stated that the department continues to provide direct health care to the bed-ridden of the citizens, who numbered 243, and follows up their health in their homes, to ensure their safety and enjoy good health in light of the precautionary procedures followed In the state.
He stressed the importance of providing this service after the elderly or people of determination have been discharged from the hospital, in order to maintain the stability of their health status.
He added that the department continues to provide its services via the remote work system for administrative employees and social workers except for the medical staff, as its presence in the field requires care for bed-ridden and emergency cases, confirming the registration of 1219 cases benefiting from the social assistance services provided by the department to registered persons with low incomes and the needy.
