The number of new cases of coronavirus in Syria has risen to 124 after a new infection was announced today.

And the Syrian Ministry of Health announced that the infection was recorded in Damascus countryside by a person working as a truck driver on the Jordan-Syria line, after the last infection with the virus was recorded at the beginning of this month with contacts of a wounded person.

It is noteworthy that Syria has lifted most of the precautionary measures imposed, including curfews, movement between governorates, and the opening of shops and institutions.
