The Office is requesting the arrest of the detained shop manager Vyacheslav Starostin.
“He refused to testify. In the near future he is scheduled to be charged. In connection with untimely reporting of an emergency, a criminal case under part 1 of art. 293 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“Negligence”), ”the UK said.
Investigative actions are ongoing in this case.
