In the suburbs, a prototype Mi-38 helicopter landed urgently

This happened on June 3 during a test flight to work out the emergency operation of the power plant.

“There was an increased vibration of one of the engines of the prototype Mi-38 helicopter, which is being operated by NTsV Mil and Kamov JSC,” they said there.

The crew successfully landed a helicopter, there were no injuries, no helicopter damage was recorded.

A special commission will establish the cause of the incident.

On May 26, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that during a training flight near the aerodrome, the Coal Mine (Chukotka Autonomous Okrug) made a hard landing on a Mi-8 Russian Aerospace Forces helicopter.
