Today, the Egyptian Ministry of Health announced that 1152 new positive cases of Corona virus and 38 deaths have been registered in the last 24 hours.
Khaled Mujahid, an adviser to the Egyptian Ministry of Health, said that the number of cases whose results have been transferred from positive to negative for Corona virus (Covid-19) has increased to 8793 cases, of which 7,756 are recovered.
He added that 1152 new cases had been confirmed that had positive tests for the virus, pointing to the death of 38 new cases.
He added that the governorates that recorded the highest rates of infection with the Corona virus were Cairo, Giza and Qalubia, while the governorates of the Red Sea, Matruh and South Sinai recorded the lowest rates of infection with the virus.
He stated that the total number of injuries recorded in the country as of Thursday was 29,767 cases, including 7,756 cases that were cured and discharged from isolation hospitals, and 1126 deaths.
