The base of the plan will be at Skavsta, but the aircraft will serve as a resource for the entire country in connection with combating forest fires.
- We have not had a plan in Sweden before and we have seen how much difference these plans make in forest fires to make sure that they do not spread and become big. In addition, we already see that the helicopters have already made a difference around Sweden, says Mikael Damberg (S), Minister of the Interior.
