The Prosecutor claims that the two companies, jointly and severally, must pay SEK 930,000 to the state in a special fee because they had foreigners who lacked work permit employees.

According to the lawsuit filed in Kalmar District Court on Wednesday, it was the summer and autumn of 2019 that a total of 20 foreign workers worked at the company. According to the lawsuit, the employees lived in barracks near the fields where they worked.

Both companies deny the crime.
