On Wednesday, the Egyptian Ministry of Health announced that 36 deaths and 1,079 new infections with the Corona virus had occurred in the last 24 hours.
And the Egyptian health pointed to the high cases of recovery from those infected with the Corona virus to 7350 and their exit from isolation and quarantine hospitals, and added that the cases that turned as a result of their analyzes from positive to negative reached 8371 cases.
Khaled Mujahid, a spokesman for the Ministry of Health, said in a statement that the total number registered in Egypt for people infected with the new coronavirus until today Wednesday is 28,615 cases, of whom 1088 died.
He explained that the governorates that recorded the highest rates of infection are Cairo, Giza, and Qalyubia, while the governorates of the Red Sea, Matruh, and South Sinai recorded the lowest rates of HIV infections.
Egypt has been implementing general isolation measures since March, which include the closure of schools, universities, sports clubs, cafes and places of large gathering, and also imposes a partial curfew.
