The Venezuelan Embassy of Russia said that 178 people are returning to Moscow from Colombia, Venezuela and the Dominican Republic, among whom are citizens of the CIS and other foreign states.
Earlier it was reported about the departure of 150 people from Spain to Russia by an Aeroflot export flight.
