He stated this at a briefing in the press center of the Government House.
“I would like to say that the entire volume of new services that we launched in April - May gave us an increase of 20 million electronic applications, which we processed through the government services portal during this time,” RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
Shadaev said that “this is a plus to the standard traffic that was” on the portal.
Earlier, a form appeared on the government services portal for complaints by medical personnel about the lack of incentive payments.
On May 13, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the government services portal had failed to cope with a large number of requests for payments for children on the first day.
