The document is presented on the website of the department.

“The Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Well-being proposes to develop in the subject an action plan (“ road map ”) for the phased restoration of the profile activities of medical organizations,” the document says.

Moreover, in the region it is necessary to ensure the functioning of a sufficient bed capacity of the infection profile, as well as to create a reserve of personal protective equipment for the personnel for three months of operation.

Before resuming the work of the medical organization on the main profile, it is necessary to test all personnel except for those who have previously been ill for a coronavirus infection, and continue to conduct such an examination every week.

In addition, COVID-19 analysis should be performed on patients planning planned hospital admissions no earlier than seven days before admission.

In case of emergency hospitalization, a coronavirus should be checked in the hospital admission department and patients should be placed in isolation wards or small wards until the results are obtained.

In particular, when resuming the profile activities of medical institutions, it is proposed to organize the admission of patients to hospitals with the observance of social distance, in infectious and children's hospitals - only through reception and examination boxes.

In addition, it is necessary to ensure compliance with the mask regimen by staff and patients.

Nutrition of patients should be organized in the wards, where medical procedures should be carried out whenever possible.

It is also recommended to limit visits to patients by others to improve the epidemiological situation.

Earlier, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova noted that due to the re-profiling of the hospital bed in the capital, the situation with a lack of beds for patients with coronavirus did not arise.
