  According to the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the number of high-risk cases in all regions is: 38.8 people/10,000 people in Xinjiang, 19.3 people/10,000 people in Zhejiang, 18.3 people/10,000 people in Shanghai, 17.1 people/10,000 people in Fujian, and 16 people/10,000 people in Guangdong.

  Looking specifically at the data of criminal prosecution cases, in 2019, the top ten prosecution charges were: 322041 people for dangerous driving, accounting for 17.7%; 249301 people for theft, accounting for 13.7%; 119383 people for fraud, accounting for 6.6%; 113,850 people for provoking crimes, accounting for 6.3%; 111,509 people for intentional harm, accounting for 6.1%; 79,937 people for smuggling, trafficking, transportation, and drug manufacturing, accounting for 4.4%; 71,133 for traffic accidents, accounting for 3.9%; opened There were 70093 people in casinos, accounting for 3.9%; 34789 people in gathering to fight, 1.9%; 27070 people in rape, accounting for 1.5%.

  The analysis of criminal prosecution case data also found that the non-catch rate in 2019 was 22.4%, an increase of 0.3 percentage points year-on-year; the non-prosecution rate was 9.5%, an increase of 1.8 percentage points year-on-year.
