In the night from Sunday to Monday, when he went to his friend's house, the suspect would have crossed paths with his partner's former partner in the latter's parking lot. Furious, the man then took out a gun and shot the car in which the ex was.
According to Le Progrès, the bullet would have passed through the left rear door to come and lodge in the driver's seat, a 40-year-old Villeurbanne stranger to the dispute.
