Gargash said - in a speech at noon today during the Federal National Council session -: "The convening of the council in these circumstances represents a qualitative addition to its path, especially since it was a key part of the structure of the Union State, and all the institutions of the Union State and the government are playing their role in a spirit of high responsibility." .
