The Minister of State for Higher Education Affairs and Advanced Skills, Chairman of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, Dr. Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi, revealed that the Emiratization rate in the Federal Government is the highest among the various local governments, reaching 56%, pointing out that the percentage of Emiratization is on the position of Director of Resources Humanity has reached 100% in all federal agencies.
The Minister affirmed - in response to a parliamentary question asked by a member of the Federal National Council, Dharar Balhoul Al Falasi, about "the localization of the profession of the Director of Human Resources" during the parliament session that was held on Tuesday morning - that the issuance of Cabinet Resolution No. (10/34) for the year 2019 regarding the adoption Resettlement mechanisms in the federal government, he charged all federal ministries and agencies with raising settlement rates 10% annually to reach 90% in administrative jobs and support services within 5 years, as well as raising the settlement rate to 100% in supervisory positions within 5 years, explaining that it was prohibited to appoint Non-citizens for supervisory and administrative positions and support services in any of the federal authorities.
