An 18-year-old young man, living in Vaulx-en-Velin near Lyon, was arrested and placed in police custody for aggravated violence. The police suspect him of having deliberately hit his cousin in the car following a family dispute.

The victim was not seriously injured, reports Le Progrès . The events occurred on Sunday evening around 7 p.m. at the Vaulx-La Soie bus station. The driver, who initially moved away, reportedly returned to the scene to report spontaneously to the police.

An as yet unknown motif

The reason for the altercation between the two cousins ​​remains unknown. The author, who would have explained to have acted "by nervousness", must be presented this Tuesday to the parquet floor. The victim, without a fixed abode, could not be heard. She disappeared after leaving the hospital.
