This weekend, the 50-year-old woman was most likely arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after police were alerted to a suspected abuse to the woman's home in Alberga in Eskilstuna in the middle of last week.
The victim, a man who must have had a close relationship with the woman, was beaten with affection and taken to hospital with minor injuries.
The prosecutor now has until 11 June at 11 am to bring charges.
SVT has sought the prosecutor, but without success.
