In the first quarter, a total of 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and 5 planned cities were monitored. A total of 644 vegetable production bases, 242 vegetable transport vehicles, 163 slaughterhouses, 240 farms, and 438 vegetables in 135 large and medium-sized cities A total of (a) aquatic product transport vehicle or temporary pond, 950 agricultural product wholesale (agricultural trade) markets and supermarkets, sampling 9 categories of 95 varieties of vegetables, livestock and poultry products and aquatic products, 95 parameters, 130 parameters, 9257 samples. The monitoring results show that the pass rates of vegetables, livestock products and aquatic products were 97.7%, 98.9% and 96.5%, up 0.3, 0.4 and 0.8 percentage points year-on-year.
From the monitoring varieties, among the vegetables inspected, the passing rates of cabbage, edible fungi, and root vegetables were higher, which were 100%, 99.7%, and 99.2%, respectively; the passing rates of green leafy vegetables, yam, green onion and garlic were respectively 96.8%, 95.9%, 94.8%. Among the selected livestock and poultry products, pork, pork liver, beef, lamb, poultry, and eggs were 99.7%, 99.7%, 99.1%, 99.5%, 98.9%, and 97.3%, respectively. Among the large-scale aquaculture products sampled, catfish, tilapia and silver carp are all qualified.
