According to Radio Okapi, the autopsy report reveals that judge Raphaël Yanyi did not die a natural death. A poison has been used, says this media, which adds that international expertise is envisaged.

The report to which Radio Okapi had access was deposited at the office of the public prosecutor near the Kinshasa-Gombe prosecution. It now remains for toxicologists to determine the nature of the poison that killed the judge.

Lots of reactions on networks

For specialists, criminologists will then have to base themselves on the facts and gestures of the last trial hearing, that of May 25, during which the judge was seen wearing a protective mask provided by a third party. Other specialists advise to review the last days of Raphaël Yanyi's life.

Since the dissemination of this information which attributes the death to the poison, many comments have been heard on social networks.

The trial of Vital Kamerhe is expected to resume this Wednesday.
