01 June 2020 INPS concluded the ex officio review of approximately 42,000 Covid19 compensation applications for the month of March 2020, previously rejected, relating to holders of ordinary disability allowance (approximately 19 thousand) and seasonal workers (approximately 23 thousand) with qualification detected through mandatory communications (Unilav). These questions will then be paid for both the month of March and for the month of April 2020. We read it in a note.

The Italian relaunch decree then provided for Covid 19 workers' indemnities for 600 euros per month for the months of April and May. The beneficiaries registered in the Workers' Fund are included in two audiences: with at least 30 daily contributions paid in the year 2019 from which in the same year 2019 an income of not more than 50,000 euros derives; with at least 7 daily contributions paid in the year 2019, from which in the same year 2019 an income not exceeding 35,000 euros derives.

For both audiences, incompatibility with direct pensions or with employee employment as of May 19, 2020 is envisaged. For both audiences it is specified that the applications for access with a single format for the two months are online. In addition, those who with the requirement of 30 daily contributions who have already applied for the month of March must not submit a new application.

Following the changes introduced by the Italian relaunch law decree of 19 May, INPS continues, finally, the holders of ordinary disability allowances will be able to apply for Covid19 allowances expiring in March, until next Monday 8 June 2020 (deadline initially scheduled for June 3). Any admission to the March payment will also entail the payment of the allowance for the month of April.

A similar extended term of June 8, 2020 is provided for citizenship income holders who, although not entitled to the allowance for the month of March, can benefit from the integration of the citizenship income up to a capacity of 600 euros (500 euro in case of agricultural worker) for the month of April 2020. In case of admission to the benefit, the Covid19 allowance will not therefore be paid, but only an integration of one's citizenship income in the course of being received. Finally, it should be noted that pursuant to article 82 of the aforementioned Italian relaunch decree, Covid indemnities are incompatible with the Emergency Income (Rem).
