At the same time, a temporary and one-time measure plan based on the rules in the above two documents-"About the one-time additional issuance of new energy passenger car index configuration plan (consultation draft)" was also officially announced.

  What are the considerations for the new issuance of new energy passenger cars this time? The Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission said that in order to implement the central government's decision-making and deployment of overall prevention and control of the epidemic situation and economic and social development, to promote consumption, stabilize the economy, and effectively enhance the sense of citizenship, the Beijing government decided to issue 20,000 additional loans in the second half of this year. The indicators of new energy passenger cars are all allocated to "car-free households".
