The tutan sat on the roof of the ice rink in Kil but a few weeks ago it has disappeared without a trace.

- First you have to get up on the roof, then unscrew four bolts that it is mounted with and then unscrew this piece that weighs 18 kilos, says Håkan Marcusson, systems architect warning system at MSB.

Third time

It is the third time in a short time that an audio transmitter will be stolen in Kil when the person sitting on the roof of Vikstaskolan has been stolen on two occasions.

- You get a little confused about how people think they are for the public safety. We take this seriously and have a police report.

Setting up a new audio system costs SEK 30,000.

- I don't know if the person who did this maybe just thinks it's a bus route or maybe someone who disturbed the sound when we test.

Can be used as speaker

Thefts of "Hesa Fredrik" do not belong to the usual. A maximum of a couple of thefts per year are reported throughout the country - but Kil has now been unusually hard hit by this kind of theft. However, the scope of use of a spout of this kind is rather limited.

- It is possible to connect to an amplifier and have as a speaker. Maybe someone thinks it's fun to have in their car, says Marcusson.

From MSB, it is still hoped that the tutor may be able to come to terms.

- Yes, the probability is probably not that high, but you can always hope that someone chooses to hand it in to the police - you never know.
