<Anchor> The

term of the 21st National Assembly started today (30th). Both the 177-seat Super-Party Democratic Party and the 103-seat First-Party Opposition Party emphasized the 'negotiation' of concessions and cooperation. In addition, both parties have the same determination to be different from the past 20th National Assembly. The future of the new parliament is a glimpse into the legislation that each party is proposing to deal with first.

the National Assembly Hall, where there are 300 lawmakers and offices of assistants, preparations for a new owner are in full swing from the morning.

Some first-time lawmakers and newly revised aides gave a compliment and planned future legislative activities.

The filing of the new 21st National Assembly bill begins two days later on the first day of the month, and the Democratic Party and the United Party are each preparing a party-level bill.

The first law proposed by the Democratic Party is the National Assembly Act. The meeting will be held on the 1st of every month, and the standing committee and the so-called regularization will be discussed.

[Kim Tae-nyeon / Democratic Party leader of the Democratic Party (Last 25th): The first pass law of the 21st National Assembly should be the working law of the National Assembly. I hope that the law of the National Assembly that works (with Ho-Young Joo) will be jointly initiated… .] The United

Party is preparing the 'Public Welfare Support Package Act' as the first bill.

This includes medical institutions damaged by Corona 19, and self-employment support measures.

[Hohoyoung / Reunion Party Leader (Yesterday): Not one bill is called the first bill, but collected bills to save people's livelihoods and economies after the corona, and put it down as the first bill… .] Under the

National Assembly Act, the deadline for organizing members is to elect a chairman by the 5th of the following month and to elect a permanent chairman by the 8th of the following month.

From the 13th National Assembly to the 20s, the time taken to form a circle is more than 40 days on average.

It is still unclear whether the Democratic Party, which seeks to gain the superiority of negotiations, and the United Party, which opposes the ‘dictatorship’, will keep the deadline this time.
