The Justice Party said it would preferentially promote legislation to `` discriminate and rape, '' which would punish unlawful sex.

Legislators of the Justice Party, including President Sim Sang-jung, held a press conference at the National Assembly to open the 21st National Assembly, announcing that they will push ahead with three key tasks: to stop inequality and polarization, strengthen social publicity, and end discrimination and gender violence.

To this end, we plan to promote five major measures, including the enactment of the Punishment Act for Major Disaster Companies, the introduction of the National Employment Insurance System, the Green New Deal Promotion Special Act, the Anti-Discrimination Act, and the introduction of non-discrimination rape.

Bae Jin-gyo, the deputy representative of the House, said, "In the case of the bill of rape of the sin that the 20th National Assembly turned away, we will be the first to implement legislation."

Non-consent rape is an amendment to the Criminal Code that strengthens the requirements for rape to 'consent' rather than assault and intimidation.

This is because the current criminal law stipulates that the constitutional requirement for rape is 'assault or intimidation', which is unfavorable to the protection of victims.

Assemblyman Ryu Ho-jeong said, "In addition, the Democratic Party and the Minister of Justice, Chu Mi-ae also said that they had to establish a sin of rape.

"The special law containing the great transformation of the carbon society, such as increasing the share of renewable energy supply by 40% and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030, is not enough for the power of the justice party," Shim said. "I will collect and pass the national energy," he said.

Sixteen members of the 21st Justice Party, with the exception of Sim, who is the fourth-ranked representative, are all representatives of Prof. Kang Eun-mi, Ryu Ho-jung, Bae Jin-gyo, Lee Eun-ju, and Hye-young Jang.
