Earlier, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that during negotiations with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, he raised the issue of Crimea, but noted that Russia does not want to discuss this.

Crimea became the Russian region after a referendum held there in March 2014, in which most residents spoke out for reunification with Russia.
