Holders of valid residency wishing to return to the Emirates are invited to register for the “Resident Entry Permit” service on its website (Smartservice.ica.gov.ae).
The Authority has allocated this service to residents who are outside the state, who have valid residency permits that allow them to be able to issue permits to enter the Emirates, and to facilitate their safe and sound return in emergency cases.
Approval of requests depends on the current situation.

Airlines confirmed, earlier, that one of the conditions for the return of residents is a health test on arrival and a 14-day home quarantine.
