Tonight, US President Donald Trump denounced the peaceful protests in the US after the killing of "George Floyd" by a policeman in Minneapolis.

Videos showed violence, breaking, burning cars and government centers, and an attack on police forces in a number of states.

Trump said that those who do such violent acts are thieves and messy people, as he put it.

The White House commented: "We support peaceful demonstrations, but what is happening now has nothing to do with justice ... We will always stand against violence and chaos."

The protests in Minneapolis, a city of Minnesota, in the past 24 hours, have turned violent and sparked across the city.

Yesterday, President Donald Trump's tweet carried a dangerous announcement, according to analysts, and said, "The violence in the states is organized and has nothing to do with the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis."
