The territories that continue in Phase 1 -Madrid, Barcelona, ​​part of Lérida and Castilla y León except El Bierzo- will have slight relaxation measures from the restrictions from Monday, especially for athletes. In the most advanced phase, the Government has eliminated the bands and will allow meetings of up to a maximum of 20 people in homes and outdoors. Always maintaining interpersonal distance and hygiene measures.

Terraces and bar opening

The outdoor terraces may be occupied up to 75% of their capacity in Phase 3. The common and recreational areas of the centers and commercial parks may be opened to the public, limiting their capacity to 40%, also allowing the opening of establishments. and commercial premises located within them at 50% of their capacity.

As for the hotel and restaurant establishments, they will be allowed to open to the public for consumption on the premises, except in the case of nightclubs and nightclubs, provided that they do not exceed 50% of their capacity. It begins to allow consumption in bars as long as a minimum separation of two meters is guaranteed between clients or, where appropriate, groups.

The markets can open with half of their usual stalls, also limiting the influx of customers.

Hotels at 50%

Hotels and tourist accommodation may open with the limit of not exceeding 50% of their capacity. The order establishes that the closed spaces where events, entertainment activities or gyms are going to be held must be ventilated two hours before use. Animation activities or group classes in hotels will be held with a maximum capacity of 20 people and will preferably be held outdoors, respecting the minimum safety distance of two meters.

In Phase 3, congresses, meetings, business meetings, conferences and events are allowed without in any case exceeding the number of 80 attendees.
