The distinguished Egyptian artist, Hassan Hosni, died at half past one in the morning, Saturday, at Dar Al Fouad Hospital in the capital, Cairo, after a sudden heart attack, after which the hospital was admitted Thursday evening at the age of 89 years, in which he participated in hundreds of various works. He also always occupied the role of father and brother, which placed him in his great position in his audience.

His most recent work was the series "Sultana Al Moez" in Ramadan 2020, where he played the role of Hosni's uncle, and also participated in the last Eid al-Adha movie season, with the movie "Fantasy Mata", in the role of Khalil Morsi Al-Rajabi.

His life

In the Citadel of Cairo, on October 15, 1931, the esteemed artist Hassan Hosni was born to a father of a contractor. He started his passion for art since he was in elementary school. He performed many roles while he was studying, and he received a Tawjihi certificate in 1956, married to Mrs. Magda El Hamida. His daughter Rasha died in 2013 after suffering from cancer, which caused him a psychological crisis and he refused many offers at the time.
