The fire is ongoing in a very inaccessible forest area between Oslättfors and Råhällan. The guest rescue service has five stations and 25 people in place and since there are small dirt roads, or no roads at all, you use helicopters and drones to map the area.

- We absolutely do not want to have people there, we have a very hard time developing ourselves, says Gästrike rescue service internal commander Daniel Åström to SVT Gävleborg.

The alarm began to come in at eleven o'clock on Saturday morning when someone saw a large pillar of smoke. Then the rescue service found it difficult to reach and find the fire.
- It is a very extensive fire that we do not have full control over and it is waiting for a long-term extinguishing work, says Daniel Åström.

Gästrike Rescue Service is now calling on available Rescue Services personnel who can work to hear from them as soon as possible.
