Sunny days are here, and we gladly swap hot chocolate for a cold drink. Pending the reopening of bars and restaurants, Europe 1 offers three easy recipes to make from home, whatever your tastes. 

The weekend promises to be radiant, but even if the reopening of the terraces of bars and restaurants points its nose, it will still have to wait a few days. If you still want a refreshing drink that is out of the ordinary, do not panic: our journalist has selected three easy recipes for you at home, for a little taste of summer.

Dalgona coffee

It is a kind of whipped iced coffee, very popular when it is hot in Greece or Vietnam ... and which is prepared with only three ingredients.

The sugar (2 teaspoons) is mixed with soluble coffee (2 teaspoons) and boiling water (2 teaspoons). It's not complicated: it's the same amount for each ingredient. Then we whip the mixture. 

If you have a milk frother, this is ideal. Otherwise, use a mixer to bring in as much air as possible into this mixture. And you're going to get a nice, creamy foam, café au lait.

Once the foam is thick, you fill half a glass with ice cubes, add milk to ⅔ of the glass. And if you want to embark on a coffee whipped cream, a little delicate but delicious, you have to assemble quite cold liquid cream (at least 30% fat) very cold, and then add the cold coffee. 

You can also replace instant coffee with matcha tea and you will have a nice green foam ... or chocolate ... But in these two versions, it is also better to add the foam with liquid crème fraîche.

Strawberry smoothie

The smoothie is a creamy, milky drink of mixed fruit. And we are in the middle of the strawberry season, they are very sweet: this is ideal. 

To make it, we put strawberries (250g) in the freezer, whole: this avoids adding ice cubes and drowning the smoothie with water. The idea is that they bring freshness, not necessarily that they are entirely frozen: 30 minutes in the freezer is enough.

Then we pass them in the blender, with bananas (2), to bring a smoothness to the smoothie. To travel a bit, add coconut milk (20cl), and vanilla (half pod). And when the texture becomes smooth, it's time to serve!

Fruit and herb flavored water 

For those who prefer a non-milk drink, why not just flavored water? An infusion based on fruits and aromatic herbs, it couldn't be simpler. 

We cut half of a dozen strawberries in four, then put it in a transparent carafe (1.5 liters), with the whole strawberries. Thin lemon slices (3) and a few basil leaves are added. Then let it steep in the fridge for at least half an hour. The water will taste like tart strawberries, and even the color if you let it brew overnight. 

We can obviously vary the pleasures with fruits and herbs: Raspberry-lime / apricot-rosemary / lemon-tarragon…
