“The number of appeals of citizens to the authorized person in 2019 compared with 2018 increased by 27.2%. At the same time, an increase of 54.0% in the number of requests received by e-mail was noted, ”the document says.
It is clarified that the number of citizens admitted at a personal reception by the authorized and employees of the Kuznetsova’s apparatus also increased by 28.2%.
