- We get signs and signals that many are starting to relax, you don't care to keep your distance, you don't care that it's crowded. They are crowded in shops, restaurants, shopping malls and so on. It is very important that we are still aware that there is a spread of infection in all our municipalities, said Thomas Wahlberg, during the press conference.

It was one of the few times that the otherwise relatively low-level infection control physician took note during all these press meetings held in recent weeks as a result of the corona virus in the Västra Götaland region.

-We must do what we can, it is so important to avoid more people getting sick and that our health care can handle the pressure. We have to help each other, says Thomas Wahlberg.

Tests are introduced at health centers

Another news that was presented was that, from next week, it will be possible for people who have symptoms to test themselves for covid-19 at the health centers in the county. The capacity for how many can be tested will increase as each health center finds infectious ways to fix this.
