The third day in Uddevalla District Court got a dramatic start when the chairman of the court spoke. He asked questions about the technical evidence and about fingerprints found on the foil into which the head was wrapped.

According to the National Forensic Center (NFC), two fingerprints that did not match the suspect were found. One on foil and one on tape used to wrap the body part with.

"I had planned to raise it later," said attorney Beatrice Rämsell.

Prosecutor Jim Westerberg has previously said that in the investigation, alternative perpetrators were excluded. According to the prosecutor, no other person has been in the apartment at the time of the suspected murder.

"NFC may explain later"

But in the security room in Uddevalla, Westerberg appeared to be taken on the bed by the unidentified fingerprints. After a short break, the prosecutor came up with an explanation.

- It is not the question of any fingerprint, it can be imprints from any hand and it may well be from the suspect.

The NFC documents state that these are two fingerprints that do not match the suspect or Wilma.

"To be extra clear, the NFC will have to explain later," prosecutor Jim Westerberg said.
