According to a circular sent by the department to the government agencies in the emirate, and "Emirates Today" obtained a copy of it, six categories of the decision can be excluded and allowed to work "remotely", until the specific circumstances of each category are removed.

The circular is excluded from returning to pregnant offices, people of determination and those suffering from chronic diseases, according to accredited medical reports, and employees who care for their children from the ninth grade in the third seminar or less (until the end of the current school year), and also excludes employees who have children in kindergartens , Or have at home a person whose health condition requires permanent care in light of emergency circumstances, based on a report from the accredited bodies in the state. The circular included the application of a flexible working system in relation to attendance and departure to and from workplaces, so that employees are divided into two or three groups, with a difference of half an hour between one group and another, to reduce the opportunities for overcrowding during entry and departure.

It stipulated to intensify awareness campaigns for employees about safety and prevention, during the practice of work from offices, and use the guidance manual on the office work environment and work from workplaces in light of emergency conditions, issued by the Federal Human Resources Authority, considering that it constitutes a useful reference to ensure the health and safety of employees when Work from offices.

He pointed to directing employees who occupy non-workable positions "remotely" to return to the work sites according to the arrangements that each government agency puts in an appropriate framework of precautionary measures.

The circular emphasized taking into account the failure to summon employees whose services have decreased due to the current conditions to come to the workplace, while continuing to exhaust their annual leave, and to study their job conditions in light of the production capacity correction system, which will be issued in the coming period.

The circular exempts from the decision to return to pregnant offices, people of determination and those with chronic diseases.
