This was reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the Moscow Department of Information Technology.

“Based on the wishes of the townspeople, we finalized the service for obtaining digital passes and added the ability to find a pass by phone number if a person for some reason did not save it or lost it,” said Eduard Lysenko, head of the Information Technology Department

He noted that “earlier, in such situations, the townspeople had to contact the technical support service and wait for the application to be considered,” and now there was the opportunity “literally in a minute to find all their passes independently.”

It is reported that you can use the new function on the portal nedoma.mos.ru, where you must select the service “Find your digital passes”. In the window that opens, enter the phone number that was specified when you received the pass, and enter the confirmation code that will come in the SMS message. After that, a list of digital passes issued to this number will appear on the screen.

“He will also have the opportunity to get a QR-code of the pass and, if necessary, make changes to the pass - indicate the number of the car or transport card,” the department added.

Earlier, the vice mayor of Moscow, Anastasia Rakova, said that restrictions could be loosened in the capital in two weeks if the epidemiological situation improves and the number of patients with coronavirus infection COVID-19 does not increase.
